- Provide reliable and high-speed Wi-Fi and mobile data access for all participants.
Co-working Space
- Create a conducive co-working environment with ample space and fully functioning Wi-Fi.
- Foster productivity with designated areas for focused and deep work.
- Offer phone booths or designated areas for private calls.
- Equip the space with large screens, adapters, and a sufficient number of power outlets for seamless collaboration.
Communal Space
- Create a central hub that everyone can congregate in at any given time. This space should be created purely for people to gather and socialize in.
Events Space and Management
- Identify and reserve spaces for larger and smaller topic programming and social (at least one large space with A/V).
- Tracking booking of event space(s) for program events and community experiences.
- Coordinate with every program and sub-event owner on schedules, catering needs, seating arrangements, info about attendees.
- Information about different hotel locations for sub-event owners.
Technician
- Ideally someone local who can be full-time on organizing sound, lights, screen, and recording or streaming.
